The North of England and East Midlands also fairly strong at just under 4%. However London property prices down -2.5%
Transactions are significantly down througout the UK which is generally keeping property prices steady. Some parts of the UK are now showing small falls in property prices, however Cardiff is still strong with 5% growth in the last year.
